KAA SOCIAL NA CHATTITUDE – Safaricom’s Social Bundle

Safaricom has unveiled ‘Chattitude’ – a social media bundle that will enable subscribers browse facebook, twitter and WhatsApp all day and all night for only Ksh10 a day. Through the service, subscribers will get 20mb data bundle daily for social media purposes. Currently, Safaricom has daily data bundle offers that range from 10mb for Ksh8 to 25mb at Ksh20, Chattitude will therefore add 20mb more data at a cost of Ksh10. Data charges arising from facebook, twitter and WhatsApp activities will be handled through ‘Chattitude’ after which the prevailing data bundle will be used or airtime in case you’ve subscribed to non.

The service is available to both Safaricom’s prepaid and postpaid customers and is valid for 24hrs. Unless you opt out of the service – “Chattitude” by unsubscribing, it’ll be renewed daily subject to the availability of airtime. Unlike other Safaricom’s data bundles, Chattitude is not transferable (Sambaza).

How to Subscribe to Chattitude

Safaricom subscribers can opt-into the service through a USSD code

  • Dial *544# from your mobile phone and select Chattitude
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message after which you may start enjoying the service.
