HTC Sensation XE Android Smart Phone Review

After Samsung unleashed Galaxy Note, there was a significant excitement in the smart phone market segment to how far manufacturer’s were willing to go in terms of features and functionality; however that’s about to change, HTC is bound to record new bench marks for smart phones, this follows the unveiling of HTC Sensation XE featuring 1.5GHz dual core processor, 0.1GHz superior to that of Galaxy Note. The popularity index gained by Android software over the past few months is obviously influenced by supported devices on the market; smart phone’s market segment is becoming more competitive by day as major industry players introduce handsets in mass ranging from high-end to entry level. In order to survive a competitive business atmosphere, manufacturers now seem to bank more on functionality as opposed to affordability, devices such as HTC Sensation XE and Galaxy Note are best examples.

HTC Sensation XE has literally combined what the manufacturer is able to offer into a single handset; apart from an aggressive 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon chipset horsepower, it houses a 4.3 inch nHDS LCD display panel, 1.0 inch less than Galaxy Note’s 5.3 inch WXGA screen. Samsung confused consumers by releasing a gadget fitting both in smart phones and tablets genre; HTC has however come out clear to the point, HTC Sensation XE is a smart phone featuring complementing design and features but with great performance power. Just like Galaxy Note, HTC Sensation XE comes with an 8.0-Megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video recording coupled by dual flash for crisp clear images while on a photo shooting spree. In an amazing tweak, HTC Sensation XE is the first handset among its siblings to carry the beats audio logo; it has new beats headset and some of the beats audio magic under the hood bringing sensational improvement in the sonic experience.
To cater for your video chatting needs, HTC Sensation XE has an additional front facing VGA camera; in addition, it supports 3G networks to offer 14.4Mbps on HSDPA and 5.76Mbps on HUSPA. The Taiwanese manufacturer equipped this handset with 4GB internal storage capacity of which you can expand using an external MicroSD card up to 32GB. You’ll also find connectivity features such as WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth, DLNA and WiFi Hotspot on this device amazing; you can share content with any compatible devices to and from your mobile phone. HTC Sensation XE runs on Android v2.3.4 Gingerbread operating system.
