In a groundbreaking partnership, the County Government of Kisumu has joined forces with Safaricom Business to introduce the Integrated County Revenue Management System (ICRMS). Launched on January 25, 2024, the innovative platform aims to revolutionize Kisumu County’s revenue collection, administration, and reporting processes, addressing challenges and optimizing efficiency.

Residents benefit from convenient payment options through various channels, including USSD (*427#), WhatsApp, the MyKisumu App, and a web self-service portal.
