How to Pay for StarTimes using Mpesa

  • On your Safaricom line-phone, choose Mpesa from the menu options
  • Scroll down and select the ‘Pay Bill’ item
  • Enter StarTimes Mpesa Business no.585858
  • Type your StarTimes Smart card number on the ‘Account Number’ field
  • Enter the amount for your bouquet then press ok
  • Lastly, enter your secret ‘PIN’ and press send
  • You’ll receive a text message from Safaricom confirming the transaction
  • NOTE: you must have an active Mpesa account with enough funds to complete this transaction.
  • It may take a while before your account is refreshed, it’s advisable to call customer care and let them know of your transaction.

How to Pay for StarTimes using Orange Money

  • On your Orange phone, go to the Orange money options
  • Scroll down and select the ‘Payments’ item
  • Enter StarTimes-Media Orange Money Business no.585858
  • Type your StarTimes Smart card number on the ‘Bill Reference Number’ field
  • Enter the amount for your bouquet then press send
  • NOTE: it may take a while before your account is refreshed, it’s advisable to call

How to Pay for StarTimes using YuCash

  • On your Yu phone, go to customer access YuCash
  • Select the ‘Send Money’ item
  • Enter StarTimes-Media YuCash Business no.181818
  • Type your StarTimes Smart card number on the ‘Bill Reference Number’ field
  • Enter the amount for your bouquet then press send
  • NOTE: it may take a while before your account is refreshed, it’s advisable to call

How to Pay for StarTimes using Equity ATM’s

  • Insert your ATM card in a teller machine and enter your secret PIN
  • Choose ‘Bill Payments’ option from the items menu
  • Select StarTimes, then enter your StarTimes Smart card number
  • Select correct and enter the amount to pay
  • NOTE: it may take a while before your account is refreshed, it’s advisable to call

      you can download the Star Times app from google play and with this app you can have personalized services where you can change bouquet even without having to contact the customer care. You can also decide to contact the Star times customer care on their service number -0719077077. Hope I have helped you see you again next time.

  8. I bought the decorder which lasted for only 1 month and it’s LNB got burnt. Your appointed technician repaired it two months later denying me the 3-month free period before initial payment.
